TRANSITION PROGRAM FOR FOUNDATION STUDENTS
Dear Families,
Our Transition Program offers our incoming Foundation students an opportunity to have a
structured and supported introduction to our school environment. We offer our children a range
of activities that enables them to build familiarity with our school facilities and staff. As the
Transition Program progresses it also enables the children to begin to build relationships with
their peers.
The timetable of events is as follows. The sessions are not compulsory, but we ask families to
consider how they can take advantage of these opportunities.
DATE & TIME
Monday 11th November – 9:00 to 11:00 am
Monday 18th November – 9:00 to 11:00 am
Monday 25th November – 9:00 to 12:30pm
Monday 2nd December – 9:00 to 1:40pm
